Situated in the heart of the Medieval town of Dinan, formerly the Hotel de Bretagne it has now been entirely renovated into a modern hotel. All rooms are en suite with satellite TV, telephone and radio.
The medieval town of Dinan is one of our favourite places for a short break. Less than a 40 minutes drive from St Malo, yet the atmosphere is so different. We love the way the winding cobbled streets lead from the River Rance up to the old ramparts, with amazing view of the port. Next time, we’re going to take a leisurely river cruise back to St Malo. We’re really excited about the Fete des Remparts, the biannual medieval festival, taking place again in 2010! In fact, we’d better book soon as it is always so popular!
