Having a great time visiting our northerly neighbours! The view of St Peter Port as you arrive on the ferry is so picturesque - the wonderful Georgian and Regency houses look like they are clinging to the hillside, and the cobbled streets are steeped in history. Time hasn't stood still here, but it moves to a slower beat than in Jersey! I'm planning to take a day trip by boat to one of the neighbouring islands, but I can't decide between Herm with its gorgeous beach, or Sark, to enjoy a horse drawn carriage ride followed by a lobster lunch...
(Town)This lovely Georgian house stands in an attractive garden, occupying an enviable position on the outskirts of St. Peter Port, and enjoying magnificent views of the neighbouring Islands and Castle Cornet. Indoor swimming pool with sauna and Jacuzzi. The Hotel has two restaurants, the renowned Wellington Boot and the cosier Havelet Grill, both of which are well frequented by locals.
